Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary by destination.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be as satisfied with your purchase as a cowboy with a fresh pair of broken-in boots. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right.

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging with all tags attached
  • Include original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear and socks (unless defective)
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

Our premium outerwear and jeans & pants collections are eligible for returns as long as they meet the above conditions.

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Email our customer service at [email protected] with:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Body: Include product details, reason for return, and for exchanges, your desired replacement
  • Your shipping address

Step 2: Wait for Approval

We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Our warehouse return address (Seattle, US)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely with:

  • The original packing slip or order confirmation
  • A copy of your return authorization email

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Timing: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return. You’ll receive tracking information via email.

International Returns

For customers outside the US:

  • You’re responsible for any customs fees or taxes on returned items
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Return shipping costs are not refundable
